The Making Waves Program is not for people who want a ‘quick-fix’.

Unlike a lot of diet plans and exercise programs that don’t consider the realities of life & how busy it can get… as your coach, I WANT you to be busy. I WANT you to go on holiday. I WANT you to live the life you want and I will help you see that you CAN achieve your health & fitness goals around your lifestyle.
Because in my opinion, there is no point in only working towards your goals when you’ve ‘got nothing on’.
That’s like saying you’ll only swim in the sea when the waves stop.
They never will!

Check-ins: We check-in every week so we can review how your week has gone and make any adjustments to your program if required. Most importantly so we can make sure that you’re taking action and if not, find solutions to best help you. It’s the best opportunity to speak about any struggles in complete confidence, ask questions, share your wins, and create an action plan for the week ahead!
You will be sent a comprehensive check-in form upon signing up to fill out each week (takes 5 mins) to be done the day before. Then our check-ins happen on an agreed day and time via video call. The form gives me all the information I need to assess progress & gives you a clear structure to reflect on your week, highlighting both your wins and where you need extra support.
These are KEY to getting the results you want & the most important aspect of my coaching service.
Nutrition: I don’t provide ‘cookie-cutter’ unpersonalised meal plans. Depending on your tracking history I will either give you a food diary with specific nutrition aspects to focus on, or calorie/ macro targets - both based on you and your goals. The method that we use will be entirely dependent on what suits you and your lifestyle best to get you the best results from where you are currently. The last thing I want you to be is overwhelmed, so we find the best fit for you! (Both tracking methods will be done via the Everfit App).
I will however send you a ‘Meal Inspo’ PDF which can help give you structure, high-protein meal ideas and give you flexibility to eat socially & enjoy your favourite foods.
Training Plan: I create your training plan based on your training history, your goals, and your preferences. (If you hate running, I won’t make you run!). From there I will be monitoring closely each week and make the necessary changes/ customise if needed to ensure you are continuously progressing. (These will be provided via the Everfit App)
I do however believe it is in your best interest to make strength training a regular habit within your week. The physical and mental benefits that strength training provides are endless and will be the difference between losing weight, and transforming your mind and body.
The Tribe Vibe Community: Once you’re signed up you'll be invited into the Tribe Vibe Whatsapp group chat! A community of all my incredible 1-1 clients where I set client-only challenges, we share meal ideas, celebrate wins, share experiences, pop in gym-wear recommendations, or laugh at our ‘air-fryer fails’. Everyone is in a similar boat. By sharing your experiences with others and supporting one another it will help you to know you’re not alone, and we can all enjoy the journey of ‘Making Waves’ together.
I have worked in the fitness industry for 10 years (Including in-person PT, running outdoor Bootcamps & Strength camps, and teaching Swimming)
I studied for 2 years to qualify as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2019
I spent 3 years studying to become a Level 4 qualified Nutritionist
I stay up to date with the latest exercise and nutrition studies to ensure the knowledge that my coaching is based upon is as current as it could possibly be. (My coaching is completely evidence-based, never just ‘what worked for me or another client’).
I am constantly seeking to educate myself further and build on the knowledge I do have post-qualifications so I can better help my clients!
