The 12th Midwest Workshop on Control and Game Theory (MWCGT) will be held Saturday through Sunday, April 25-26, 2026, at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. Over the past decade plus, the MWCGT has established itself as a major event in the Midwest, dedicated to advancing the theory and practice of control and game theory. The MWCGT annually brings together students, researchers, and practitioners in the field of control and game theory in the Midwest to discuss new research findings, innovative applications relevant to decision-making and control, as well as perspectives on future developments.
The previous editions of the workshop were held at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) in 2012, University of Notre Dame in 2013, Ohio State University in 2014, Iowa State University in 2015, Purdue University in 2016, University of Michigan in 2017, Michigan State University in 2018, Washington University in St. Louis in 2019, University of Minnesota in 2023, Northwestern University in 2024, and UIUC again in 2025. We are excited to bring the event back to Purdue this year!
We thank for the support from the Army Research Office, the Elmore Family School of Electrical Engineering, and the Institute for Control, Optimization, and Networks at Purdue for support to hold this event at no charge to attendees.
