What to Bring
Come properly prepared with water and clothes appropriate for the day's weather. Water will be provided, we ask you bring a bottle. Wear flannel in memory of Capt Motsay!

Starting at 8am, we will have activities and games for participants to enjoy while waiting for the race start. As you finish the race, we will also have a BBQ cookout with burgers, hotdogs, and drinks in addition to activities!

Medals will be awarded to finishers in both the men's and women's divisions. We will also have a raffle! One free ticket with entry, additional tickets for $5.

Race Guides
Race Guides
This race will take place down the sidewalks and trails in and around the University of Maine. Race guides will be present at turning points along the track as well as ALL crossroads to ensure your safety.
Medical Attention
Medical Attention
In addition to race guides to be able to signal for help, an EMT from the University Volunteer Ambulance Corps will be present along with a safety vehicle and medical volunteer to ensure quick and adequate response in the event of injury.
