MOBILE NOTARY SERVICES AND FEES

For each notarial act Georgia law caps the fee at $2.00 per signature.

• Base Notary Act Fee- Standard fee per signature(state mandated) $2.00 per act

• Document Printing/Scanning/Copying- Printing or scanning copies onsite $3.00 per page

• Additional Signatures or Documents- Beyond the included number of acts in the base service $2.00 per signature

• Speciality Document Signing - For complex docs(wills, trusts, POA with witnesses) $40.00 base

• Minimum Mobile Service/Client Visit- Includes up to ~2 signatures and local travel(within ~10 miles) $20.00

• Standard Mobile Visit(Up to ~20 miles) - Includes up to ~4 signatures, weekday business hours  $30.00

• Waiting Time Fee - If the client/signers are not ready at the scheduled time and notary must with beyond initial grace period  $15.00 per 15 minutes

• Extended Travel (20-40 miles) - More distance, extra travel time $60.00
