While my artwork utilizes mixed media like sculpting and painting, my absolute favorite medium is digital art. I gravitate toward illustration but have studied fine art extensively to be as versatile as possible. Some of the themes my art pieces have in common is being inspired by everyday objects or living things.In particular, they often feature either an animal that already exists but is put in a surprising environment (such as a cow on the moon), or is a mythical creature that has features inspired by real life themes such as tornadoes or the ocean. I love thinking up new art ideas while I have downtime and love working with Procreate, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Playing with color is also something I find really engaging - especially bright and vibrant colors. What is most fun for me is to challenge people's expectations through art by combining elements that would not normally be together so that people get a look at the world the way I see it.
