As Game Studios ("biz", "bizim" veya "bize") olarak, KitApp (Tale Verse) mobil uygulamasını işletiyoruz. Uygulamamız abonelik paketleri (Bronz, Gümüş, Altın) ve tekil kitap satın alma seçenekleri sunar.
Tüm ödeme işlemleri Apple App Store ve Google Play Store üzerinden gerçekleştirilir.
Sistemimizde kredi kartı veya fatura bilgileriniz kesinlikle tutulmaz ve depolanmaz.
Satın alma geçmişi, yalnızca satın aldığınız içeriğe erişim sağlayabilmeniz için hesabınızla eşleştirilir.
KitApp çocuklar için tasarlanmış olsa da, hesap oluşturma ve satın alma işlemleri ebeveynler veya yasal vasiler tarafından yapılmalıdır.
Ayarlar, dış bağlantılar veya paket yükseltme gibi alanlar PIN korumalı Ebeveyn Kilidi ile korunmaktadır.
Ebeveyn izni olmadan çocuklardan doğrudan kişisel veri toplamıyoruz.

Hizmetimizi kolaylaştırmak için Google (Firebase), Apple ve Facebook gibi altyapı sağlayıcılarını kullanabiliriz. Bu taraflar, kişisel verilerinize yalnızca bizim adımıza görevleri yerine getirmek için erişebilirler ve bu bilgileri başka bir amaçla ifşa etmemekle yükümlüdürler.

Our application offers subscription tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and individual book purchases.

Purchase history is linked to your account only to provide access to the content you have purchased.
KitApp is designed for children; however, account creation and purchases should be performed by a parent or legal guardian.
We include a Parental Control (PIN protected) gate for sensitive sections (settings, external links, or upgrades).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions) without parental consent.
We use the collected data to:

Your data is stored securely. We retain your personal information (Email and Username) only as long as your account is active to provide you with access to your library, reading lists, and purchased content.

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data (including your email, username, and reading history), you can do so by:

Upon receiving your email, we will verify your identity and delete all your personal data from our systems within 30 days. Please note that once deleted, purchased content and progress cannot be recovered.
We may employ third-party companies (e.g., Firebase for database, Google/Apple/Facebook for Auth) to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
