Acting always requires improvisation. Something is bound to go wrong. This class will focus on stretching students' adaptability through games and improv scene work.
Creative Storytelling students will listen to well known storybooks and improvise the scenes themselves. We will tell our own versions of the tales maintaining the core of the story.
This class will begin with a physical warm up, then move into a study of famous and influential choreographers over the years. Students will learn tips for creating their own choreography culminating in a showcase of self choreographed dances at the end of the semester.
