BillVault ("the App") is built and operated by MVI App Studios.

1. Data Collection & Use: BillVault is a 100% offline application. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal or financial information to external servers. All data you enter (bill titles, amounts, due dates, payment history) is stored locally on your device in a secure SQLite database.

2. Third-Party Access: Because the app does not have network access permissions, no third-party services can access your data through the App.

3. Permissions

•Notifications: Used solely to remind you of upcoming bill due dates.

•Storage/Media (Optional): Used only if you choose to manually export or import database backups via the Android System Picker.

4. Data Retention: You are the sole owner of your data. If you uninstall the app, all locally stored data is deleted unless you have created a manual backup file elsewhere.
