Summary:

In fair Verona, where we lay our scene, 2 star-crossed lovers from rival families will share a dance, a kiss, and fall dangerously in love with one another. William Shakespeare’s timeless classic gets a new-school twist, as we flash forward in time to the 1930s and these legendary lovers must deal with the fact that if one of their family members finds out about their hopeless romance, there might be no tomorrow! In the world of the Mafia, anything can (and will) happen so prepare for action, laughter, tears, and fears, as the more than 30 iconic characters take to the Mounds View Theater Stage in: Mounds View Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet: Mafia.
