How to request transcripts from Mar Vista High School:

Fee: Free
Mar Vista High Graduate
Year of graduation and name used while attending high school.
Date of birth.
Address where you want the transcript mailed.
ID with picture

*Agencies requesting proof of graduation for pending employment must fax the signed release form for the applicant to (619) 424-8998.*
