Captains Practice Schedule: Beginning on 1/12/2026

Captain-led team training dates are as follows, but please practice on your own to ensure that you are ready to go once the season starts (see bottom of the page for more ideas and training opportunities) 

Mondays and Thursdays: We will meet at Golf Galaxy in Roseville to utilize their simulators

• The Golf Galaxy team has kindly allowed us to use this facility, so please thank them upon arrival/exit and leave the place better than you found it

January: 12, 19, 26, 29 

February: 2, 5, 9, 12, 16, 19, 23, 26

March: 2, 5, 9, 12

at 5:30-7pm

On Your Own Practice:

Don't know where to practice during the winter?

• The Midwest Golf Dome in Maplewood is an indoor driving range two floors of hitting bays, a chipping area, and putting green

• Foreged Indoor Golf is an indoor simulator facility that offers private memberships at a discounted price to MVGCC players/families

  • Features a putting green and a private golf simulator for practice and playing courses using Trackman technology and is open 24/7

  • A group of 4 players purchase one membership to split the cost (~$50 a month per player) and have practice buddies :) 

• At home! Get some foam balls and hit into a net or chip into a bucket. You can even practice your putting stroke w/out a ball
