Meetings for the 2026-27 school year will be held the second Thursday of the month at 5:15 PM in the school library and last approximately one hour. All PTO members are invited to attend, and members will have one vote per household.  The secretary will provide a reminder email to the PTO members prior to the meeting and a follow up email with notes from each meeting. Attendance at meetings is not a requirement for membership. Add your email to the PTO email list to get updated with ways you can still support MVES even if you don't attend the meetings. Childcare will not be provided for meetings.
