Over the course of ten weeks in the winter of 2024, I worked with a team of four people to adapt five lesson plans for 5th-grade students. Our curriculum follows the North American Association for Environmental Education guidelines for high-quality environmental education. As a team, we adapted the activities in the lessons to better include science concepts. Additionally, I was responsible for the implementation of Next Generation Science Standards in each lesson. I also created two visual art posters for the students, pictured below.
