1. Digital Service Nature

All services provided through the SD Estimates App are digital in nature. Once a report, estimate, route map, or any other digital document is generated and delivered to the user, the service is considered successfully provided.

2. No Refund After Successful Delivery

Payments made for successfully generated and delivered digital reports/documents are non-refundable.

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

• User entered incorrect information.

• User no longer requires the generated document.

• User downloaded the document successfully.

• User changes their mind after payment.

• Delay caused by user-side internet or device issues.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• Payment was deducted but no document/report was generated.

• Duplicate payment was charged for the same service.
