I am a researcher in the field of thermo-fluid systems. I have born in Naogaon district of Bangladesh on 9th August 1981. I went to Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET) to study Mechanical Engineering. I obtained BSc in Mechanical Engineering degree in 2004. Then I started my career as an Assistant Engineer of Sinha Textile Group in the same year. Followed by that I have worked as a Senior Officer (Marketing & Sales) at Rahimafrooz Batteries Ltd. for one and half year. From 2006 to 2012, I have worked as an Instructor (Mechanical) of different Polytechnic Institutes under the ministry of education of Bangladesh government. While working in polytechnic institute, I have completed a research based masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) in January, 2011 as a part time student. Later on I joined the School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering of Nanyang Technological University (NTU) on 19 April 2013 as a Research Associate. The main focus of my current research is the design, development and performance analysis of waste heat driven adsorption refrigeration and desalination system. During my tenure in NTU, I have published five peer reviewed journal papers and four international conference papers. My future research direction is wastewater treatment and reuse technologies.
