Mathias Laize (2022 - 2026): PhD on the study of reproductive isolation and introgression in the Iberian-Maghrebian Podarcis lizard group. Co-supervised with Pierre-André Crochet. Mathias defended his PhD in February 2026 and is now on the job market.
Paul Saunders (2024 - 2025): ATER on sex chromosome evolution. Paul is now an Assistant Professor at the University of Lille, France.
Suzie Tallon (2024): Master’s 2 internship on the annotation of sex chromosome strata in Silene, co-supervised with Thomas Lenormand. Suzie is currently doing her PhD on sex chromosome evolution with Thomas Lenormand in Montpellier, France.
Vanina Tonzo (2023 - 2024): Postdoc on convergent adaptation to caves in spiders, co-supervised with Patrik Nosil (Marie Curie Fellowship). Vanina is now a research engineer at the Spanish National Research Council in Spain.
Lila Maladesky (2023 - 2024): Master’s internship on the annotation of sex chromosome strata in Artemia, co-supervised with Thomas Lenormand. Lila is now doing her PhD on sex chromosome evolution with Colin Olito in Lund, Sweden.
Eddy Mendoza-Galindo (2023): Master’s internship on epigenetics in Silene. Eddy is now doing his PhD with Moises Exposito-Alonso in Berkeley, United States.
