PROCESSĀ
Send a request providing the relevant info.
Once I am ready to start the commission, I will send you a proposal with invoice.Ā
I will start working on the commission after the agreed payment amount has been made/funded.
I'll update you on the commission process via VGen DM's during phases: Sketch, Lineart+Flat Colors & Render/final revision.
Once the work is approved, the final delivery will be made through the VGen file delivery system.
REVISIONS
Two revisions are allowed during the sketching phase; any subsequent revisions will incur an additional charge depending on the complexity.
Corrections for my errors are free of charge.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERYĀ
It takes approximately less than 1 week up to 2 months to complete a commission.
This period applies AFTER the project begins.

PAYMENT INFO & RUSH ORDERĀ
Payment is not required for slot confirmation, I will only charge once I'm ready to start the commission.
RUSH ORDER
Please keep in mind that I may not be able to take your order if the workload is too much for the deadline.
Payment must be made within 48 hours after the proposal is sent.
I will start working that same day the payment is made.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations
You can cancel the order if you do not like the proposal.
You can cancel any time while you are on the waitlist
I will cancel if payment has not been made within a week of submitting the proposal
Partial refund (Excluding transaction fees) if:
The commission has only recently been started, please communicate ASAP so I can arrange the necessary steps to process the refund.
The Rush Order could not be fulfilled in the required time.
Full refund (Excluding transaction fees) only if:
I feel I can't complete the work.

Examples:

Commercial use Original price x2
Videos, advertisements, stream assets, assets used for self-promo/branding.Ā
Examples:
Alerts, schedule art, Panels, Emotes.
Merchandise use Original price x3
Includes anything that constitutes resale or direct profit.
Examples:
