There are three bank branches on campus, the Bank of China (BOC), Hang Seng Bank (HSBC subsidiary) and Bank of East Asia (BEA). We recommend you to make a bank account on those banks for your convenience.

For MTR, Bus, canteen food payments, and many more.
MTR balance can be filled in the MTR stations, grocery stores (Fusion), mini-market (Seven Eleven), or through the Octopus App if your phone supports NFC.
Octopus app enables balance top-up and the checking of card value, records, and transportation subsidies.

Complete the application form.
Book an online appointment with the immigration department.
Bring all your documents to the immigration department on your appointment date.
HKID registration can be found here.
Juvenile Hong Kong ID can be issued for students under 18, with Consent Letter and presence of guardian and applicant.
