About me

My name is Mustapha Galadima Aliyu, I hold a BSc in Applied Physics, my first experience working with a small established company as a Procurement Assistant, which is a major procurement vendor to major Oil and Gas companies such as Total, Oando and others. 

As a Procurement Assistant, I have been able to expedite major supply of Drilling pipes and other wellhead equipment. I have added growth to the company through my timely efforts in pressuring the manufacturer to expedite their supply and encourage more business opportunities with our clients. 

Knowing well that I have passion for Tech, I decided to apply for an online certification program in Software Engineer offered by Alx Africa, which is in partnership with Mastercard Foundation. Next was Data Analytics and Bioinformatics from (Stanford Data Ocean) an affiliation with Stanford Medicine, through this I have both technical and soft skills in Data Analytical, am proficient in Python, R programming, Pandas library, SQL, Git, Excel and also a very proactive persistence when it comes to problem solving, well organized, team collaboration skills. 

I believe with my knowledge and enthusiasm for working in Tech, will make me a suitable candidate for the position. I ensure that my experience will enable me to help organizations and teams in the industry to make their analytical and data sorting more effective and formulate a solution insight for the company.

Am currently proficient in Data Analysis / Bioinformatics which am ready to take on a role as a Junior Data Analyst || Bioinformatician.
