You will only need to complete this step if you are logging into a School issued Chromebook. If you have your own device you can skip ahead to Step 2.
You may see a screen that says "Sign in to your Chromebook"
Click Next
You can then hold up your quick card (located in the material bag) and it will automatically log your student in.
If you cannot login that way you can click on "Sign in with a different account"
Enter your email address (located in the packet within your materials bag)
Click Next
Enter Password
Examples of email address and password
● Your first name initial
● Your middle name initial
● The first five letters of your last name

Powerschool#Firstname (Student's Powerschool number with their first name (capital first letter)
ClassLink should be the first page you go to every day for school. ClassLink will save your passwords so that you can login to ClassLink once and then be able to access all other apps from there.
When you are issued a Chromebook, this page should pop up as soon as you login to the device.
If you do not see this sign in screen or you are signing in from your personal device, go to this link.
When you get to the "choose account" page, choose "Sign in with Google" Enter your child's academic.district70.org account information and sign in. This is the same information as above.
You can also use the QR code that was provided to you during distribution.
Teachers will use Schoology daily to add assignments, share lessons and communicate with students and parents.
Once you are logged into Class Link, you should see a page of apps.
Click on the Schoology App, it should automatically log you in.
Once you are logged into the Schoology App, click on courses. There you will be able to view and access your child's courses.
Note: You may not see material in these courses until the first day of school, which is Monday, August 24th. Please wait for more direction from your child's teacher on Monday.
Parents will have a separate account to help monitor what your student is doing as well as communicate with the teacher. A parent letter is included in the materials bag with login information. If you do not have this information please call the school and we will get it for you.

At the top right of the page, click "sign up", then click "parent"
Enter your parent access code provided to you in you materials bag. If you do not have a parent access code, one will be generated shortly.
