Capstone Research Project June 2017 – December 2017
North South University Dhaka, Bangladesh
Conducted research that focused on solving the ridesharing and carpooling problems in Bangladesh’s context and making them feasible from the users’ perspective.
Developed a graph algorithm that could generate sequences of passengers for both optimal pickup and drop-off points, eventually leading to profit maximization and proper utilization of roads.
Research Project January 2017 – April 2017
North South University Dhaka, Bangladesh
146 patients’ data were collected from 3 of the country’s reputed hospitals and analyzed the hidden patterns associated with them using Association Rule Mining (ARM).
Generated different rules using the Apriori algorithm and filtered only those rules with disease names as consequent by using CAR (Class Association Rule).
Research Project September 2016 – December 2016
North South University Dhaka, Bangladesh
Built a recommendation system using the Fuzzy Logic Toolbox of MATLAB that could suggest tourist places in the South Asian region by taking into account various preferences of users.
Fetched corresponding user data from the database, fuzzified the data, and passed it to the recommendation engine, which then calculated values for the probable places based on predefined rules.
