I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Delhi working in the area of CMOS analog/RF/mm-wave integrated circuits and systems design. I lead the Advanced Radio IC Lab (ARIL) group. Prior to joining IIT Delhi, I was a Research Scientist at Intel Labs, Hillsboro, USA for 3.5 years where I have worked on advanced transceiver architectures and building blocks in CMOS at RF and mm-wave frequencies. I have worked at Qualcomm Atheros Inc., San Jose, USA for 1 year where I have focussed on synthesizers for WiFi SoCs. I completed my MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering at University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, USA and B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering at NIT Silchar, India
At present, I am developing next-generation transceiver architectures and building blocks in CMOS primarily for mm-wave applications (>100 GHz) and for cryogenic controller ICs for quantum computers.
If you are interested in conducting cutting edge research in the area of RF/mm-wave CMOS IC design then please send me an email at mustafijur@ee.iitd.ac.in. Currently, I have openings for PhD and MSR positions. Further, M. Tech. and B. Tech. students are also welcome to contact me regarding supervision of their projects.
