As an engineering student at Akhbar El Yom Academy in Egypt, my academic journey was enriched by a series of impactful projects and leadership roles. These formative experiences allowed me to apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges and hone my leadership skills.
Akhbar Al-Youm Academy is one of the institutions of higher education and is affiliated with the Educational Services Association of the Akhbar Al-Youm Foundation and under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education.
In my capacity as the Technical Head of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) student branch, I had the privilege of leading a team of dedicated members. Under my guidance, the IEEE branch flourished, organizing multiple events and parictpated into multiple robotics compitions.
The ability to disarm an active bomb, atom will be designed and programmed to disarm active bomb remotely by a control center which not only using buttons and camera to control but also real movements simulated by a real person which uses a new technology which is flex and muscle sensors and virtual reality.
Warning podcasting, evacuating area with high speakers by giving right directions for evacuating area due to emergency cases which is controlled autonomously by the robot or by manually by control center.
Lift heavy objects, lifting heavier objects is essential to any rescue robot to save humans that maybe trapped under a brick or to actual carrying of a human fainted in case of emergency.
Fire suppression, is also essentially required in emergency cases like saving people from fire explosives.
Minesweepers 2015
Well that was a great completion the task was to create a mine detector robot which has the ability to detect mine above and underground and then draw a map and send it to computer to automatically map and draw where is the mines without any interference from human, the project was made entirely from scratch completed but we didn’t get lucky winning, the desert environment was too rough for the robot, due too low experience in mechanical design planning
Line Follower
Line follower robot seems an easy project for people interested in robotics , and it’s true , but not entirely , there is a lot of algorithms behind that simple task ( follow the line ) and that’s the key of how we got the first place at Line follower completion held by Akhbar El-Yom academy , which a great universities participate in like Ain-shams university and Higher technological Institute , for the record the prize were raspberry pi model B+ and Arduino mega , which a prize only an embedded systems engineer would appreciate.
Surveillance quadcopter
Engineers have passion for drones, that’s a fact, so that was the point that I implemented my first drone it was not an easy step but it was entertaining, it was a drone that have the ability to be controlled over 1km range with a radio transmitter, also could by controlled using computer and GPS to get random pictures programmed to and also get humidity and temperature readings
Hand Gesture Robot Control
For the past 100 years controlling anything using your hand gestures without touching it was concerned magic, well not anymore, this system could easily control any robot to do any specific task with only your hand gesture with 32 different move you can make with your hands to control your robot, it was a prototype for many great applications like, remote bomb dismantles, patients in hospital, smart home automations system, or even in presentation needs

Door Security Lock System (stand-alone System) made from scratch literally both software and hardware, done by AVR core microcontroller atmega16 using, it has two unit’s, user interface unit which take password from user and display status then send the data by UART serial communication protocol to the control unit to verify the password then open the door, or do the user choice, otherwise turn on alarm.
