So who is a Chaperon?
A chaperon is a person who accompanies and looks after another person or group of people.
Under normal circumstances in Islam, a chaperon always sits at a safe distance when the two people dating are in a secluded place. Watch the clip below to learn more and do read our process of how we facilitate the marriage process.

Salary
Our chaperons receive a monthly salary of XAF 50,000.
Responsibilities
In a WhatsApp group of the two people dating, the chaperon is the 3rd and silent member of the group before and after the engagement. His/her responsibility in the group is just to observe and report on the progress. (Report length: 400 words)
The chaperon is responsible for accompanying the future halal girlfriend to their first date to ensure her safety and that the Islamic etiquette of dating are observed.
All subsequent meetups between the two people dating must be announced in the group (location and time). It is the chaperons responsibility to confuse the two on which he will be attending at a safe distance of course. To be on the safe side, the two shouldn't attempt anything stupid. It is the responsibility of your chaperon to represent Muslims Meet at the Khitba (engagement), nikah (signing of the marriage contract) and walima (wedding ceremony).
Conditions that must be made
The chaperon must sent us weekly report on the progress of the union of the two assigned to him/her.
In the absence of any assignment a weekly report will be sent on how your are encouraging youths to get busy and get married.
