Meeting with an Administrator:
It is your right to ask if any meeting/conversation is leading to an disciplinary action. If the answer is yes, you have 24 hours to obtain a member, or your building representative sit in the meeting with you. Sometimes, it may require asking the president or our OEA advocate. Whatever the need, please reach out as soon as possible.
