About Elena

Elena was born and raised in Bilbao, Spain and, as the daughter of a violin teacher, she grew up with a violin in her hands. Throughout her childhood and into adolescence, she worked tirelessly to perfect her passion of being a musician and decided to continue pursuing this passion into university, earning up to a Masters degree in Violin Performance. After her first experience with teaching music, Elena knew that being a violin instructor was what she wanted to commit her life to. Now, 10 years later, Elena has earned her certificate in Suzuki Music Education and has achieved her goal of opening her own music studio. Elena's students would describe her as being patient, energetic, efficient, and caring. She has high expectations for both her students and their families and because of this, she sees sustainable results in the music ability of her students.
