This is a sample from an audio I recorded of Ave Maria by Franz Biebl. This is a piece the RPI Concert Choir is performing this semester and as one of the piano accompanists, I wrote a piano reduction of all the choir parts so I am able to play along with them in rehearsal as they learn the piece. Then, I recorded myself playing the reduction with a metronome so that I could record practice tracks for the choir to learn their notes - I recorded myself playing each part separately and then overlayed it to the piano reduction. I made the individual part louder so they can hear primarily their notes but also hear the context of the rest of the parts in the background. This sample is the first verse of the piece from my recording of the piano reduction. I added reverb and then created a canon so that there are four entrances at the same interval apart from each other. Towards the end, I gradually sped up the tempo but added a ritardando at the very end of the verse. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Hwh8MnDz8IHNwPDCUD4LVx3OhRTmlKK2/view?usp=sharing
There are four staves with seven parts condensed to two staves playable on the piano.
