General: This app does not collect any user data, everything is cached locally on the device and can be removed at any time.

HX Player does not access, collect, or store any personal user data. Specifically regarding Health Data: Our app does not access, collect, use, or share any health-related data (such as information from Health Connect, fitness sensors, or clinical records). We do not use any APIs related to health or medical information, and no health data is transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

Data Retention Policy

Because HX Player does not collect any personal or sensitive user data, we do not store or retain any such information on our servers. Any technical data required for the app to function (such as temporary cache) is stored locally on your device and is cleared when the app is closed or uninstalled.

Data Deletion and User Rights

As no user data is collected or stored by HX Player, there is no personal data to delete. However, we respect your right to privacy. If you believe any information has been inadvertently collected or if you have questions about our data practices, you may contact us at bubovski.bubus@gmail.com. Users can also ensure all local app-related data is removed by uninstalling the application through the standard Android "Uninstall" process.

Application Permissions

The app is using the following permissions with the following usage:

• • READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_AUDIO, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE -> Used for reading audio files from the system.

  • RECORD_AUDIO -> Used for audio visualizer as well as in the 'screen recording' feature.

  • ACCESS_NOTIFICATION_POLICY, POST_NOTIFICATIONS -> Used to show notifications for the current playing content/media.
