Dessert Night Chair Duties

This is one of our largest fundraisers that requires a committee to plan and execute it. We are hoping Dessert Night will be in-person this year. 

Event date:  Feb. 9, 2026

Here is a list of some of the duties that a Chairperson and their committee would be in charge of:

Choosing a theme for the night (optional)

Organization and collection of donated desserts to sell

Organization and collection of raffle/auction items

Organize 50/50 raffle

Setup/Clean-up

Recruiting volunteers

Here is a list of what the music teachers are in charge of:

Recruiting and signing students up to participate in the show at Dessert Night

Organizing the students performances

Poinsettia Fundraiser 2025 Chairperson - Maria Allen

This person will be in charge of the paperwork, collecting orders, and distributing poinsettias and wreaths
