By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
AI Music (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides users with AI-powered tools to generate songs, instrumentals, and other musical content. These Terms govern your access to and use of the App and any related services, including updates and support.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your country) to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Some features require you to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Keep your login credentials confidential
Be responsible for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.
AI Music uses artificial intelligence to generate lyrics, instrumentals, and songs based on your inputs (text, image, etc.).
You may use the generated content (“Output”) for personal or commercial purposes, including publishing or monetizing, subject to the following:
You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the Output complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
We do not claim ownership of your generated songs, but we retain all rights to the underlying technology, models, and algorithms.
You may not use the App to create or distribute illegal, hateful, or infringing content.
You may upload text, images, or other materials to generate music.
By doing so, you grant AI Music a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and use your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any material you upload.
AI Music offers both free and premium features.
Subscription Plans: Premium subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or annual) unlock additional features such as unlimited generations, exclusive voices, and faster rendering.
Billing: Payments are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
Refunds: Refunds are processed by Apple and subject to App Store policies. AI Music cannot issue direct refunds.
All intellectual property rights in the App — including software, interface design, AI models, and branding — belong to AI Music or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App or its components.
You agree not to:
Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Upload or generate content that infringes on third-party rights
Attempt to hack, decompile, or interfere with the App’s systems
Resell or sublicense the App or its generated content as your own service
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be available or error-free
The generated music will meet your expectations
The output will be unique or free from similarity to other AI outputs
You use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Music and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or reputation arising from your use of the App
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for your subscription during the last 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
