This Privacy Policy describes how Music Keypad ("we", "our", or "the App") handles information. The App is a local audio recording and playback utility designed for general use, including children under parental guidance.
Except as described below for third-party advertising, Music Keypad does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, voice recordings, or custom files.
All custom audio recordings, labels, and album cover images remain strictly on your physical device and are never sent to external servers or cloud services.
To function correctly, the App requests access to the following device capabilities:
Microphone (Audio Recording): Required only when you actively choose to record audio for keypad assignments. Recorded audio files are stored locally on your device.
Storage / Photo Library: Required only to upload existing audio files or images from your device to use as keypad album covers.
Biometrics (Optional): Used locally to secure access to the Edit Mode settings. Biometric data never leaves the device's secure hardware enclave and is not accessible by the App.
The App may display banner advertisements when in Edit Mode. These ads are provided by third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob).
These third-party ad networks may collect and use pseudonymous device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data to deliver relevant ads and measure ad performance. They operate under their own privacy policies. You can consult the privacy policies of these providers to learn about their data processing practices and opt-out options.
We do not collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take immediate action to remove it.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
