Thank you for using Music Circle ("the App"), created by "Out Of India Theory". This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and shared when you use our App.

We do not currently require you to create an account or provide any personal information like your name or email to use the core features of the App.

Google AdMob (Advertisements):
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob is a third-party service provided by Google.

The App stores your preferences locally on your device for settings such as volume level, haptic feedback toggle, preferred background color, and selected sound set. This information is stored solely on your device using Android's SharedPreferences and is not transmitted to us or any third party by the App itself.

To Provide and Maintain the App: Using your locally stored preferences to customize your App experience.
To Display Advertisements: Through Google AdMob, as described above, to support the free availability of the App.
To Respond to Your Inquiries: If you contact us, we will use your information to communicate with you and address your questions or feedback.

Advertising Preferences: You may be able to control personalized advertising through your device's settings (e.g., "Opt-out of Ads Personalization" on Android). Please refer to your device manufacturer's instructions and Google's Ad Settings.
