Welcome to Mushroom! Mushroom is a social multiplayer game that allows players to create accounts, interact with other players, and participate in player-created experiences.
By creating an account or using Mushroom, you agree to these Terms of Service
You must meet the minimum age requirements of the platform you use to access Mushroom.
If you are under the age required to legally agree to these Terms in your location, a parent or legal guardian should review and agree to them on your behalf where required.
Some Mushroom features require an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information when creating your account.
Keep your account credentials secure.
Not share your account in a way that violates these Terms.
Not impersonate another player, developer, moderator, or other person.
Not create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
Not attempt to access another person's account.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, except where caused by unauthorized access that was not your fault.
Mushroom is intended to be a friendly social environment.
Players must not:
Harass, bully, threaten, or repeatedly target other players.
Use hate speech or targeted slurs.
Sexually harass other players.
Share sexually explicit content.
Scam or defraud other players.
Impersonate Mushroom staff.
Intentionally disrupt other players' experiences.
Encourage dangerous or illegal activities.
Use Mushroom to distribute illegal content.
Evade moderation actions using alternate accounts.
4. Voice and Text Communication
Mushroom provides voice chat, text chat, and other communication features.
You are responsible for what you say or communicate through Mushroom.
We use moderation systems and reports to investigate violations of these Terms.
Players should report inappropriate behavior through the available in-game reporting tools.
5. Player-Created Content
Mushroom may allow players to create rooms, games, inventions, avatars, images, text, or other content (“User Content”).
You are responsible for User Content that you create or upload.
You may not create or distribute User Content that:
Violates these Terms.
Infringes another person's intellectual property.
Contains sexually explicit material.
Promotes harassment or abuse.
Contains malicious software or harmful code.
Attempts to scam other players.
Violates applicable laws.
We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms.
Mushroom may use automated systems, player reports, and human moderators to enforce these Terms.
Moderation actions may include:
We may take action even if behavior occurs outside a specific room when it directly relates to Mushroom or the safety of its community.
7. Cheating and Exploitation
You may not:
Use cheats or unauthorized modifications.
Use bots or automation to gain an unfair advantage.
Exploit bugs for an unfair advantage.
Attempt to bypass security systems.
Reverse engineer or modify Mushroom in ways prohibited by applicable law or these Terms.
Interfere with Mushroom's servers or network.
If you discover a security vulnerability or serious exploit, please report it to the Mushroom team instead of abusing it.
8. Virtual Currency and Items
Mushroom contains virtual currency, cosmetics, items, or other digital content.
You may not sell, trade, or transfer virtual items for real-world money outside features officially provided by Mushroom.
We may change, remove, or rebalance virtual items and currencies.
Mushroom and its original software, branding, logos, artwork, characters, sounds, music, and other content are owned by [Mushroom] or their respective licensors.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or claim ownership of Mushroom's original content without permission.

10. Third-Party Platforms
Mushroom may be available through third-party platforms such as Meta Quest, PC, And maybe android
11. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the account has violated these Terms or is being used to harm Mushroom or its community.
If your account is terminated, you may not create another account to evade the termination unless we give you permission.
We may update, modify, add, or remove features from Mushroom.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. When significant changes are made, we may provide notice through the Game or another appropriate method.
Your use of Mushroom is also subject to the Mushroom Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Mushroom is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that Mushroom will always be available, uninterrupted, or completely free of bugs or errors.
