1. Use of the App This app is designed for mushroom farm management. It is available with a free trial and paid subscription plans. You agree to use the app only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
2. Subscription
Free Trial: 14 days (with limited batches/quotas).
Premium Plans: Available in monthly, 6-month, and 12-month options. Pricing varies by country/region and currency (e.g., India in INR, USA in USD, Europe in EUR, etc.).
Actual prices are displayed in the app's subscription screen based on your location and device settings.
Prices are set and managed through Google Play (or Apple App Store if iOS), and may include applicable taxes.
Subscriptions are processed and auto-renewed via the app store's billing system (Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchases).
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time through your Google Play account settings (or Apple settings). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund: Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law or as per Google Play/Apple refund policies.
After the trial ends, premium features will be locked until you upgrade.
Price Changes: If prices change in your region, you will be notified in advance (as per Google Play policy). Continued use after changes means acceptance.
3. Data Responsibility
All data is stored locally on your device. We do not store or back up any data on servers.
You are responsible for data loss (device damage, uninstall, etc.). We cannot recover lost data.
Regularly export your data using the CSV export feature.
4. Limitations & Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or work perfectly on every device.
We are not liable for any losses (financial, profit, data, etc.) caused by using the app.
Use the app at your own risk.
5. Intellectual Property The app's code, design, icons, and content are the property of Nanda Tech Studio. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.
6. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be notified in the app or in a new version.
