Hi, we're Mike and Lori Shield - creators of all the MuscaStuff products! Thanks for visiting our online store!

As Muscatine natives, we have fond memories of local "classics" like Weed Park Zoo, George's popcorn stand, and Ina Mae's Restaurant. We've also enjoyed seeing our hometown grow over the years with great additions like the bike trail expansions, riverfront enhancements, and the fancy-schmancy Merril Hotel. We've enjoyed raising our daughters McKenna and Elise in the same town and schools that we grew-up in.

Mike has been a professional graphic designer for over 28 years. When not working as a designer at Kent Nutrition Group, he keeps busy with other creative work as a freelancer. His work can be seen throughout Muscatine including logos for businesses like Avenue Subs, Contrary Brewing, Flickinger Learning Center, and the Musser Public Library. He also is co-founder of the quarterly publication Muscatine Magazine, and continues to design it with the Greater Muscatine Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

After a 18 year-long career as a local hairstylist including co-owning a salon, Lori began working at McKinley Elementary School as a para-educator and building aid. When she's not working with kids at school, Lori does her part to help Muscatine homes smell better as a Scentsy Consultant! Visit her website to purchase Scentsy products.
