Hello all,

I am Musale Krushna Pavan currently a FARE (Fellowship for Academic and Research Excellence) fellow at IIT Kanpur. I pursuing my Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur  in Computer Science and Engineering under the guidance of  Dr. Hamim Zafar. My academic journey began with a B.Tech in computer science and engineering at Indian Institute of Information Technology Kalyani. 


I am deeply involved in advancing methods for Reconstructing Single Cell Lineages, Omics Data Integration, and Analysis.  which are pivotal areas in Computational biology, reflecting my core research interests.
