I am Musale Krushna Pavan. currently pursuing my Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur specializing in Computer Science and Engineering under the guidance of Dr. Hamim Zafar. I am honored to be a PMRF-Cycle9 fellowship recipient. My academic journey began with a B.Tech in computer science and engineering at Indian Institute of Information Technology Kalyani.
I am deeply involved in advancing methods for Reconstructing Single Cell Lineages, Omics Data Integration, and analysis. which are pivotal areas in Computational Biology, reflecting my core research interests.
