If you wish to stop using our plan,
You can TRANSFER Ownership of your device/sim to your friend or RETURN ITEM to cancel.

How to Cancel by Return Item
Return Item Rules and Regulation
Item must be returned without unpaid bill.
Example: If october bill has been paid, the deadline for return item is OCTOBER 31ST
Please ensure to include smartpit card in order for cancellation.
Don't return the smartpit for replacement
If return using our return envelope , you are not required to write the address again , just sealed and send the envelope via convenience store /post box.
If you loss the envelope , you can use any box and write the return item address in japanese or english.

Inform your smartpit number/customer number to your friend
Contact our support member , request for update information on your smartpit by stating SMARTPIT NUMBER+FRIENDS NAME+EMAIL ADDRESS
you can contact our support member by clicking here
When transferring ownership , monthly payment bill is continuing , please ensure to inform your friend regarding the next bill and to use the same smartpit for the payment.
