Payment is accepted through PayPal or through Kofi (PayPal is preferred).

When paying with PayPal: a minimum of 50% of the total payment is expected after the first clear sketch is sent and approved by you. Paying this amount or more upfront allows me to be confident that you will see the piece through to completion!
(When paying through Kofi the app forces you to pay fully upfront!!!)

Any cancelled commission can qualify for a full or partial refund. In the event of a full refund you receive your money back but none of the progress I made on your piece, on a partial refund you receive some of your money back and your piece at the state it was left.
