Throughout my time in Server Management, I have taken on a wide range of responsibilities, including, Moderation & Community Support, Staff Leadership & Training and Server Administration. One of my proudest achievements as a Server Manager was helping grow a community from just a handful of regular players to an active, thriving player base. I accomplished this by listening to community feedback, implementing thoughtful updates, and ensuring staff were motivated and supported in their roles.
