A Family Tradition Born in the Shadows

Hi, I’m Keith — and Murder in the Dark isn’t just a game to me… it’s a memory that’s lived on for generations in our family.

I first played a version of this game as a kid, long before smartphones, tablets, or even cable TV. We’d shut off all the lights, tie makeshift blindfolds, and sneak around the house whispering and giggling in the dark. It was thrilling. We weren’t chasing monsters — we were building stories, friendships, and laughter.

Years later, I introduced the game to my own kids. And then, just like clockwork, we passed it on again — to our grandchildren. Watching them squeal with delight, crouched behind chairs and under tables, brought it all full circle. The joy, the mystery, the teamwork... it all came rushing back.

We created this version of Murder in the Dark not just to sell a game, but to pass down a piece of those memories. It’s simple. It’s screen-free. And most of all — it brings people together.
