As part of the MODEL TRANSFER project, my research focuses on the challenging case of the transfer of agent-based models into macroeconomics. 

In particular, I plan to study:

•  The early history of attempts to build economic agent-based models at the Santa Fe Institute

• Tractability standards in economic modeling as a possible challenge for model transfer

• The diffusion of agent-based models into various subdisciplines of economics using computational text mining methods
