As part of the MODEL TRANSFER project, my research focuses on the challenging case of the transfer of agent-based models into macroeconomics. 

In particular, I plan to study:

•  The early history of attempts to build economic agent-based models at the Santa Fe Institute

• Tractability standards in macroeconomic modeling as a possible challenge for model transfer

• The origins and diffusion of agent-based models into the social sciences using computational text mining methods
