Terms and Conditions

• By sending payment, you agree to the following terms:

• I have the right to refuse any commissions 

• The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.

•  This is a payment for digital artwork — no physical item will be shipped. 

• Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

• The artwork commissioned is for personal use only unless commercial rights have been explicitly purchased. 

• I, the artist, retain all rights to the artwork. Unless exclusive rights are purchased, I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.  

• You may not reproduce, resell, alter, or use the artwork for AI, NFTs, or blockchain tech.

• Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc. may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.

• Refunds are not available once the work has started past 8 hours or if it has been fully delivered. (the initial 50% upfront payment is completely non-refundable)

• Commissions will take [an estimated] 7 days, and will vary depending on complexity and queue.

• Payment is via PayPal only, and I will send an invoice. 

• A payment of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. 

• Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and complete your commission.
