These rules apply for using me in projects, fanfictions, commissioning using my character, et cetera. This applies to both me, Kazuki Murasaki in the Murasaki Everywhere project, and my other flagship project, Mann Ga Gotoku, featuring its protagonist David Spiare (wholly unrelated to Murasaki Everywhere). Just please use your common sense.
You, as a creator, are prohibited from using our original characters (excluding existing characters from any media we adapt, including Touhou Project, but includes using them together with Murasaki’s characters) in any of the following contexts:
Pornographic/R18/fetishistic works (Why the fuck would you, you degenerates?!)
General hateful/bigoted content, with no exceptions for those targeting marginalized groups/minorities
This includes the use of our characters for digital/Internet caricature art rooted in hateful rhetoric, examples of which we shall not name.
Real-world political messaging outside of the work’s original content, its context, and any political ideas that aren't explicitly present or discussed in the works, in-universe.
More accurately: You cannot manipulate or use my (or our, as in the collective Murasaki Kiwami Studios) characters for political messaging in the real world context, especially relative to current U.S politics, whether or not you intend to use our work to portray us as endorsing any messages/ideologies we outright condemn or have never endorsed, including those leaning towards the right.
Shipping (unironically, straight, gay, whatever, i am not yer boytoy)
This includes shipping me with Blake despite our very Kiryu and Majima-esque relationship... Don't even think about it. We are not your KiryuMaji material.
Crackshipping for obvious shitposting and giggles is fine by me, but please use common sense.
Roleplaying (don't ya fucking put words in my mouth! ESPECIALLY IF IT'S AN AI CHATBOT [EYUCK!])
Commercial use (...Just no. Murasaki's face is literally Majima's. Yer prolly gonna get sued indirectly.)
Low quality childish “fan works”/“brainrot”
This includes GoAnimate (especially those “Cailou gets grounded” type videos) and… We can’t believe we’re saying this, Gacha Life (especially those “X Characters React to [Murasaki Kiwami Studios work/video here]).

Also, please ask me if you want to use the character beforehand too. It's just common courtesy. I, Murasaki, reserve the ultimate right to exercise my discretion when it comes to fan creations of my characters and my own fan works.
Please don't think my dignity is some sign you can just not read and ignore to get a kick out of me with your shitty "memes".
BTW: Regarding the "commercial use" bullet point, feel free to change my design's face to be different from Goro Majima if you're using the character in any project, out of precaution of potentially being sued by SEGA/RGG Studio... Not that I'm allowing commercial use of the character any time for now though unless I am certain including my character would be okay.
YOU MAY NOT USE OUR CHARACTERS IN ANY AI-GENERATED MEDIA WHETHER THE "WORK" IS PUBLISHED OR NOT. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
