Gwendy Lanstrum - President

I’ve proudly called Chardon home since 2012 and couldn’t imagine raising my family anywhere else. My husband Jon and I have two boys, one in 5th grade and one in 3rd. During the summer months, I cherish my time with my kids and family. During the school year, I enjoy working part-time as a substitute teacher at Munson Elementary. Over the past four years, I’ve been actively involved in various Munson school and PTO activities. This year, I’m thrilled to be serving on the PTO board as your 25-26 President! I look forward to contributing to the continued success of the PTO and supporting the faculty, students, and families at Munson!

Rachel DeVienzio - Vice President - Family Fun Events

I am a 5th, 2nd (x 2), and Kindergarten Mom! This is my second year serving on the PTO as VP of Family Fun Events. I’m excited to meet other parents, work with our amazing teachers & staff and see my kids in their school environment.

Nicole Tringhese - Vice President - Classroom Events

I am looking forward to my second year in the role of VP of Classroom Events! I have three wonderful kids, one 5th grader, a 3rd grader, and an incoming Kindergartner. My husband, Matt, and I moved to Chardon almost 11 years ago and fell in love this community. In addition to volunteering at school, I enjoy being outside, traveling, reading, and time with family, and friends! I look forward to collaborating with the PTO, parents, and teachers to make this a great year at Munson!

I am excited to be a part of the Munson PTO this year. I look forward to being involved in the planning and implementation of school activities. Our daughter is in the third grade and we moved to Munson nine years ago. We enjoy the wonderful people and peaceful environment.

Genny Pavlick - Communications Secretary

I am excited to be serving my second year on the PTO Board, this time as your Communications Secretary! I am a stay at home mom of 3 girls - Lilly (2nd), Harper (K) and Lauryn (PreK), although I also wear many different hats outside of my role as “Mom”! In addition to being involved in the PTO, I am also a proud Girl Scout leader for two troops, and I also work behind the scenes running a small business with my husband. I am passionate about being involved in the schools and giving these kiddos the best experience possible in their early years! In my free time I also enjoy baking, hanging out in the garden, and kayaking every chance I get!

Casey Smith - Secretary

This is my third year serving as PTO secretary. I am excited for another year at Munson. I have two wonderful kids, one 5th grader and another in 3rd grade. In addition to volunteering at school, I work part time and help coach my daughter's volleyball team. I look forward to collaborating with parents, teachers, and staff to make this a fantastic year at Munson!

Kelly Ramsey - Treasurer

I am your PTO Treasurer. I live in Munson with my husband Paul, and our two children, Rosalee and James. We are lucky to have a variety of pets, including ponies and horses, as family members. I am fortunate to work primarily from home as the Practice Manager for our veterinary clinic. In my “ spare time” I enjoy working with our horses, gardening, and working outside. I enjoy helping out at PTO events and seeing the smiling faces of all of our children. I look forward to seeing us work together and make this a wonderful year at Munson. Together, we can make great things happen. Thank you!
