My work Immersion at the municipality of Jalajala, Department of DSWDO was a valuable experience. I learned how to assist clients and provide them with the help they needed. At first, I was nervous about talking to different people, but over time, I became more comfortable.I realized that good communication is very important in serving the community.
I also learned how to make connections with my coworkers. The workplace environment was friendly and I was able to build good relationships with the people I worked with. Teamwork and cooperation made the task easier and more enjoyable. This experience taught me how to be professional and work well with others.
Another important skill I gained was encoding in Excel. I became familiar with organizaing and managing data, which is a useful skills for office work, Overall, my work immersion helped me to understand what it's like to be in real working environment. I am grateful for the lessons I learned and the people who guided me throughout the experience specially my MSWDO Head Mrs. Karen L. Viterbo and our subject teacher Sir Jayson Peñaredondo

During my work immersion that assigned to Local Civil Registrar (L.C.R )department in municipality of Jalajala, at first I'm kinda nervous cause I know to my self that I'm not that good in making communication or talking to clients but over time I became comfortable, maybe because of my supervisor and other employees in L.C.R department, because they didn't make me feel I'm not belong. Throughout my work immersion, I was also exposed to various tasks and responsibilities, like looking to for birth, merraige, death, index talking to clients, stumping a CTC for documents, Recording of receipt of every client, printing , typing, making xerox, and other more.I could say tat this experience not only honed my skills but also deepened me the importance of what teamworks all about .My work immersion experience in L.C.R was an valuable learning experience that expand my knowledge and give me essential skills .Moreover as I move forward in my academic journey,I confident that the lessons I learned to work immersion and to my supervisor Mrs. Mary Jean Perez will remain a guiding force in shapingmyfuture.
