End-User Licensing Agreement

This End-User Licensing Agreement is an agreement between the user (“you”, “your”) and the developer that governs the use of the “Little Pocket: Expense Tracker” application software (“app”) by you on your mobile device. 

General

    • As used in this Agreement, “user” means an individual who (a) has downloaded or used this app, or (b) has contacted the developer through any means to find out more about this app or for any enquires. 

    • By downloading or using this app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

    • You may use this app in the manner permitted under this Agreement. If you do not agree, please delete this app from your mobile device and do not use this app. 

Grant of License

    • This app is licensed, not sold. This Agreement gives you only some rights to use the app. The developer reserves all other rights. 

    • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the developer grants you a personal, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use this app on your mobile device. 

Rights

    • This app, and all rights to the app, are and shall remain the property of the developer. 

    • You acknowledge that the developer owns all rights, including intellectual property rights, to this app. 

    • You agree that (a) you will not perform any act which directly or indirectly limits the rights of the developer, and (b) you will not directly or indirectly modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble this app. 

Modifications, Suspension and Discontinuation

The developer of this app reserves the right to: 

    • modify this app, at any time, for any or no reason, without notice, and without liability to you. Modifications include but not limited to addition of functions into, change of functions in, or removal of functions from this app. The terms and conditions under this Agreement shall apply to such modifications. 

    • suspend this app at any time, for any or no reason, without notice, and without liability to you. 

    • discontinue or terminate this app at any time, for any or no reason, without notice, and without liability to you, whereupon this Agreement will automatically terminate. 

Maintenance and Support

The developer of this app: 

    • does not promise that maintenance or support for the download or use of this app will be provided. 

    • does not promise that responses to enquires, comments, feedback or suggestions will be provided. 

Permitted and Restricted Use

You agree that you will (a) use this app for personal non-commercial purposes only, and (b) comply with all terms and notices pertaining to the use of this app. 

Prohibited Use

You agree that you will not directly or indirectly use this app for any activities or purposes that are (a) illegal, (b) unlawful or (c) in breach of this Agreement.

    • Data Privacy: The use of this app may involve personal data. You agree to the terms stated in the Data Privacy Notice, found in this app under Help > Data Privacy Notice. 

    • Third-Party Software and Components: This app may contain third-party software and components that are licensed to you under their own terms or under open source licenses. You agree to the license terms and notices of applicable third-party software and components. The license terms and notices for the third-party software and components are found in this app under Help > Third-Party Notices. 

    • Third-Party Providers and Advertisements: This app contains advertisements by third-party providers. You agree to the terms stated in the Data Privacy Notice, found in this app under Help > Data Privacy Notice. 

Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand and agree that: 

    • this app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind. 

    • your download or use of this app is at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your mobile device, data loss, damage or corruption that results from such download or use. 

The developer of this app: 

    • does not guarantee that this app meets your expectations. 

    • is not responsible for your expectations and does not promise that this app runs correctly or perfectly all the time. 

    • does not promise that defects in this app will be corrected. 

    • is not responsible for any outcome of your download or use or loss of use of this app. 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of this app: 

    • does not make any representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever in relation to this app. 

    • disclaims all representations and warranties – express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, in relation to this app – including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of this app will not be liable to you or any third party for any damage or loss of any kind whatsoever and howsoever caused, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, loss of money, income, revenue or profit, loss of privacy, loss of or damage to data, your mobile device or any property, whether arising directly or indirectly out of, in connection with the use of, or loss of use of, this app. 

Termination of Agreement and License

    • This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or the developer. 

    • The developer may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any or no reason, without notice or liability to you whatsoever. 

    • If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, this Agreement will terminate immediately without prior notice from the developer. 

    • You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting this app from your mobile device. 

    • Upon termination of this Agreement, the license granted to you under this Agreement will automatically terminate, and you shall cease all use of this app and delete this app from your mobile device. 

    • In case of breach by you of your obligations under this Agreement during the term of this Agreement, the termination of this Agreement will not limit any of the developer's rights or remedies at law or in equity. 

Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold the developer harmless from any claim or demand, including but not limited to legal costs and expenses, due to or arising directly or indirectly out of your (a) download or use or loss of use of this app, (b) breach of this Agreement, (c) violation of any right of a third party, or (d) violation of any law or regulation. 

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of Singapore. 

Amendments to Agreement

    • This Agreement may be revised from time to time without any prior notice. 

    • Your continued use of this app constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of such amendments. 

    • If you do not agree to any amendments, you shall cease all use of this app and delete this app from your mobile device.
