My Major & Career Goals

Hello, now that you know a little about me lets get a little deeper in understanding more about me you know I am currently  a freshman pursuing a major in Pre-Nursing at IUPUI. I'm deeply passionate about understanding the human mind and behavior , which is why I am also planning to minor in Health and science . I believe that by understanding of both human physical and behavioral wellbeing in the health department is crucial in proving comprehensive and emphatic care to patience

When it comes to my interest, I find solace in exploring the intricate workings of the human mind and body, just by understanding the complexity of human life its self is an interesting fact. and that truly fascinates me. at the same time I'm also interested in how  Science can intersect with the field of Healthcare.

In terms of my skills, I pride my self on being a compassionate Listener and a quick learner. I believe  that effective communication and empathy are the key skills to become a nurse. Additionally, my ability to stay organized and manage time efficiently has helped me maintain a balance between my academic and extracurricular activities.

My values revolve around integrity, along with strong work ethic. I believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity, regardless of their backgrounds and circumstances. I am dedicated to support them protect them and to make a positive impact in there lives, as well as contributing to the well being of my community.

Several life experience have profoundly shaped me into who I am today. One such experience was volunteering at a local Healthcare center a while back when I used to live in Turkey(Istanbul), In where i had the opportunity to interact closely with the patient and witness the impact of compassionate care. This experience reinforced my passion for healthcare and my desire to make a difference in peoples lives. Additionally, the guidance and support  from my mentor, who is a Nurse ,  have been been instrumental in shaping my understanding of healthcare profession and solidifying my commitment to this field.

I chose IUPUI for its renowned Nursing program and its commitment to providing a comprehensive  education that integrates both theoretical knowledge  and practical experience. My goal at IUPUI is to equip myself with necessary  skills  and knowledge to become a nurse. Beyond college, I aspire to be  work in a healthcare  setting where i can  contribute meaningfully to patient care and well-being. Eventually, I aim to further my education an specialize in a specific area of Nursing, allowing me to make a more ignificant impact in the healthcare industry.

I am excited about the opportunities that IUPUI offers and look forward to the journey ahead, where I can grow both personally and professionally, ultimately contribute to the betterment of the healthcare department.
