FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How does voice logging work?
Tap the microphone button and speak naturally. Say things like "fed her 4oz at 2pm" or "nap ended" and Mumble will parse your voice into a structured log entry. You can review and edit before saving.
Is my data private?
Yes. All your baby's data is stored on your device and in your private iCloud account. We never see, sell, or share your data. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I share with my partner or caregiver?
Yes. With Mumble Pro, you can invite your partner, grandparents, or caregivers to share your baby's timeline. Everyone sees the same data in real time through iCloud. You can revoke access at any time.
Does Mumble work offline?
Yes. You can log entries without an internet connection. Mumble will sync your data when you reconnect.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings > Export All Data and choose CSV, JSON, or PDF format. This is useful for sharing records with your pediatrician.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings > Delete All Data. This will permanently remove all entries, growth records, and milestones. This action cannot be undone.
What is included in the free version?
The free version includes unlimited voice and text logging, full feeding, sleep, and diaper tracking, a home screen widget, and one AI question per week.
What is included in Mumble Pro?
Mumble Pro includes smart insights and weekly summaries, WHO growth charts, pediatrician reports, family sync, unlimited AI questions, the full widget suite, and data export. It starts with a 7-day free trial.
How do I start the free trial?
When you open the app for the first time, you will be presented with the option to choose a plan. Select either monthly or annual and your 7-day free trial begins. You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your device Settings > tap your name at the top > Subscriptions > Mumble > Cancel Subscription. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open Mumble > Settings > Restore Purchases. This will restore your active subscription if you have one.
The app is not recognizing my voice. What should I do?
Make sure you have granted Mumble permission to access your microphone and speech recognition. Go to your device Settings > Mumble and check that Microphone and Speech Recognition are both enabled. Also make sure you are speaking clearly and that your device language matches the language you are speaking.
My data is not syncing between devices. What should I do?
Make sure you are signed in to the same iCloud account on all devices. Go to device Settings > your name > iCloud and make sure iCloud Drive is enabled. Also check that you have an internet connection on both devices.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
