Multi Track Audio Editor — Code Qalandar
Effective date: July 2026
1. Overview
Multi Track Audio Editor ("the App") is developed by Code Qalandar. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and what third-party services are involved. We are committed to your privacy and do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.
2. Data We Collect
The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All audio files you record, import, edit, or export are stored entirely on your device in the public storage folder:
Downloads/AudioEditorEnhancer/
No audio content ever leaves your device unless you explicitly share it using Android's built-in share sheet.
3. Microphone Permission
The App requests the RECORD_AUDIO permission solely to record audio from your microphone within the App's editing interface. Recorded audio is saved locally on your device only. The App never transmits audio recordings to any external server. You can revoke this permission at any time from Android Settings → Apps → Multi Track Audio Editor → Permissions.
4. Storage and Media Permissions
To read and write audio files on your device, the App requests permissions based on your Android OS version:
Android 13 and above (API 33+): The App requests READ_MEDIA_AUDIO to safely access audio files from your device storage.
Android 9 to 12 (API 28–32): The App requests READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE to browse and import audio.
Android 9 and below: The App requests WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE to save exported audio tracks.
We only access audio files that you explicitly choose to import or edit within the App.
5. Online Sound Library — Internet Archive
When you use the Online Sources feature, the App makes secure HTTPS requests to archive.org to search and access freely available audio content.
No account, registration, or login is required.
No personal information or device identifiers are sent to archive.org.
Only your standard keyword search queries are transmitted to fetch results.
All accessed audio is under Creative Commons or Public Domain licenses.
Internet Archive is a US-based 501(c)(3) non-profit library. Their privacy policy can be found at: https://archive.org/about/terms.php
6. Advertising — Google AdMob
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob to support free access for all users. AdMob may collect and process:
Device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID / AD_ID).
Approximate location (country or region level).
App usage data and performance metrics for ad targeting and analytics.
This data is processed directly by Google in accordance with their policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Ad types used in this App:
Banner ads: Displayed at the bottom of the main screen interface.
Interstitial ads: Shown during natural transitions between screens.
Rewarded ads: Optional ads shown before premium export features. Watching the full ad unlocks the action.
To opt out of personalized advertising on your device, navigate to:
Android Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (Android 12+) or Opt out of Ads Personalization (Android 11 and below).
7. Third-Party Services
The App integrates only the following external services:
Google AdMob — advertisement display and monetization.
Internet Archive (archive.org) — free audio search and streaming.
No standalone analytics SDKs, background crash reporting trackers, or social media integration SDKs are included.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has accessed the online search features of this App and provided any data, please contact us at codeqalandar@gmail.com so we can take immediate corrective action.
9. Data Security
Since all user-generated data and edited audio tracks remain strictly on your local device, its security depends on your device's built-in protections (screen lock, encryption). All network requests made to archive.org use secure HTTPS encryption.
10. Your Rights
Because the App does not collect or store personal data on cloud servers, there is no personal data for us to delete, modify, or provide access to upon request. All your audio projects are stored locally—you can delete them at any time directly through the App or via your device's file manager. To reset or clear ad tracking data, use the Android system settings detailed in Section 6.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when new features are added or regulations change. The updated policy will always be accessible from the Settings screen inside the App. Continued use of the App after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
