What is Multiplayer Challenges ?

• You can challenge other players in a 1 vs 1 match. The player that collects more credits, during the match, wins! The more wins you get, the more rewards you will receive and climb in the monthly ranking. At the end of each month, top Players receive a percentage of the total allocated growth reward for that specific month and qualifies for the Hall Of Fame

How to get matched against other players ?

• Just click on the Multiplayer and you will be placed in a 2-hour queue to search for an opponent. Once an opponent is found, the match will begin immediately. If you are unable to get a match within 2 hours, you will need to start the queue again to search for an opponent.

I have been waiting in Queue, but opponent is still not found ?

• Your match might be already active. Just refresh the page to check it out. If not, be more patient. As the multiplayer experience is brand new, it will take time to get things going.

How is my opponent determined ?

• On a completely random principle! You will match against another player that is in the queue. From 10th of each month, till the end of the month, Hall of Fame Qualification designated players will be randomly and automatically matched against each other!

When is the Match Ending and How much is the duration of each month ?

• The strategy starts here! All matches are ending at midnight in Europe/Berlin timezone. Therefore, depending when you start the match, your duration might be completely different. It may be from 24 Hours to 15 minutes. There is an available timer in the match. Once it ends, the match is over and when you click on Multiplayer challenge again, you will be placed in a queue for a new match instantly. This rule does not apply from 10th of each month till the end of the month for players, positioned in the Hall Of Fame Qualifications. These matches will always be for 24 hours

What Reward do I get in the Match ? 

• If you win the match, you will receive a percentage of your total collected credits, during the match. For example if you have collected 1000 Credits and won the match, you will receive a set percentage of these 1000 Credits,. This means the more credits you collect, the more you will receive, if you win. If you lose, you will not receive any credits. You can keep track of your current reward within the match. Note this feature is currently in BETA Testing and the rewarding percentage might change.

Why some matches ends in 24 Hours, others in 15 hours, 10 hours, 5 hours, 30 minutes..etc ? 

• There is a strategy involved here. Remember you earn a percentage of your total collected credits. For example if your match is for 24 Hours, you will have more time to collect more credits and earn higher reward in the end, but if your match is for 30 minutes, you might trick your opponent with a fast and easy win, with less collected credits. There is also a huge difference in the Rankings. If there are players with equal amount of wins, what determines the player position next is the 15% of the total collected credits from all matches, during the season. You might get easier and fast wins with shorter match durations, but will lack in points.

Is there any daily limit in Multiplayer- Challenges ?

• No. You can play and join always.

When will I receive my Percentage Credits Reward, after the match ends ? 

• Once the match ends, you will instantly receive this reward into your app balance and Monthly Rankings. 

What game or task I need to use, to count my credits, during the Multiplayer Challenges ?

• Except the Referral Program, all other features will count towards your collected credits. So you can use any Offerwall, Survey, Gaming Arena, Scratch Card, Captcha, Worker & more. Only the Referral System will not work. If you try to use the Referral System, during active match, you will not earn credits, both for submitting a code or someone else submit yours. 

I started a match and now my rewards are disabled and I can't spend my points ? 

• Don't worry, this is completely normal. To ensure accurate tracking during the match, all rewards are disabled and they will be re-enabled, once the match ends. Make sure to only withdraw rewards, while you are not in an active match. If you are in an active match and you receive Offerwall/Survey chargebacks, you will lose credits during the match. Once your match is over, just restart the app and all rewards should re-appear and remember as soon as you click on Multiplayer and start a new match, all rewards will be disabled again.  From 10th of each month, top players will be unable to withdraw rewards, until they  lose their top spots or the season ends. Player never loses credits, during multiplayer.

I collected lots of credits, but lost the match ?

• To ensure all of your credits are correctly calculated and counted, we recommend to periodically open the match which will claim them automatically.

How much matches can I play ?

• It's 1 Per Day. As all matches ends at midnight Europe/Berlin, you will be unable to play more than 1 match, per day!

What happens in case of a tie ?

• If both players points are equal, one random winner will be declared, when the match ends. 

What rules should i follow ?

• Any attempt to manipulate the matches in anyway, such as trying to get matched against duplicated accounts, will not work. If we identify any violations or match manipulations, we reserve all rights to deduct all of your credits, decline transactions and suspend your account. Play Fair!  Your match may automatically be cancelled, if there is a potential fraud detected

My match started, but I checked later and was again in a Search Queue ?

• This happens if your opponent have decided to delete his/her account. Once your opponent account is deleted, the match instantly ends and no rewards are given. This can also happen if our system detects fraud and automatically cancel your match.
